Our History
Calgary West Seniors Housing Society was established as a management body on January 1, 1995 by Ministerial Order issued by the government of Alberta. Through that order the Society became the management body for Cathedral Manor Estates, Kendale House, Robertson House, and Spruce Cliff Downs.
our services

our objectives
The Housing Society strives to maintain affordable, comfortable, and cost-effective housing accommodations, to help our tenants to maintain a functionally independent lifestyle by establishing a working relationship with community based Home Care and Health Care providers, and to provide a maintenance staff member to be 'on call' for all emergencies.
In addition, the Management Body provides a Building Administrator to assist tenants and applicants (the Building Administrator will provide posted office hours for each housing project), and encourages volunteers to assist tenants with social and recreational activities.
our affiliations
